“Education is compulsory; schooling is not”- Home Education Guidelines.

Many are choosing “Home Education” these days, for many reasons-some at home, some in groups, some with a tutor or distance provider .
Parents are often confident with knowledge provided but lack

  • ideas for engaging learners
  • strategies to use to teach different subjects
  • ways to accelerate learning
  • activities which will keep children from the boredom of “same type” of work or enquiry!

Contact me to see how I can offer support to you as a Home Educator who may be planning on a * daily *weekly * termly * topic basis.

I can meet you alone or in a small groups of 2-5 parents , in your own homes on a consultative basis to address learning needs in the Infant, Primary or Secondary sectors, as well as provide guidelines for programs to suit GCSE examinations.

As a Senior Advisory Teacher, one of my major roles was to run workshops and training courses for parents and teachers to help and inspire  teaching staff on how to make their sessions more Dyslexia /Sp LD friendly.

I would be very happy to engage with you in person, via Face Time, via Skype or by phone from the comfort of your own home.
